About Casas Adobes Artificial Turf Pros

Casas Adobes Artificial Turf Pros focuses on one thing: artificial turf that actually holds up in a Pima County desert climate. Not a side offering tacked onto a general landscaping business. Turf, start to finish.

We work the Casas Adobes area, an unincorporated CDP in the northern Tucson metro. That means permit questions route through Pima County, not a city hall, and it means the lots themselves vary a lot. Some homes still have the original dead lawn from decades back. Others sit on caliche-packed soil that needs extra base work before anything goes in. We’ve seen both enough times to plan for them upfront instead of discovering them mid-job.

How We Work

Every estimate starts with a site visit, not a phone guess. We walk the yard, check how water moves across it, and talk through what you actually want the space to do. Then we write up a real scope and a real number.

Base prep gets the most attention on every job. Caliche soil doesn’t compact like regular dirt, and skipping that step is how turf ends up with lifted seams a year later. We also pay attention to infill choice, since Arizona summer surface heat is a real factor that generic turf installers sometimes ignore.

If your community has HOA landscaping guidelines, we check those before ordering material. Nobody wants a rejected install.
